Songkran Festival or Songkran New Year is a tradition of Thailand, Burma, Laos, Cambodia, minorities and people of Viet Nam Tai Bar Yunnan province of China. Sri Lanka and eastern India. Songkran is a Sanskrit word. Means movement. A likeness of the movement of the mark in the universe. Or is moving New Year's beliefs in Thailand and some countries in Southeast Asia. Foreigners are called "Water Wars".
